Regal 2100lsr,1999,This boat will run approx 45 - 50 MPH with no problems. I have not verified with GPS, I am just going by the speedo in the boat. There are not any known issues with this boat. This boat is in good shape, no worries!! This item has no smells or mildew odor or pet odor or smoke odor. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures.
